March 24, 2026 – Popcorn for the People, a leader in neurodiverse employment, will speak at Warren Hills High School Auditorium, at 6 p.m., on April 16, 2026. Admission is free and registration is available at: arcwarren.org/register.

Popcorn for the People was established in 2014 as a social enterprise model dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting jobs for adults with autism and developmental disabilities. The organization creates “Popportunity” with a vision that ensures all adults and developmental disabilities can experience the joy of accomplishment that comes from steady employment. Tiffany and John Welch from Popcorn for the People will share their experiences creating, supporting and working in a neurodiverse workforce.
The values of the organization include fair wages, career advancement opportunities and promoting respect and equality. Popcorn will also be available for attendees!

Though this opportunity is free and open to the public, attendees will have an option to donate to The Arc of Warren County and Abilities of Northwest Jersey, Inc. when they register.
