EARLY INTERVENTION

Early Intervention

The Arc of Warren County Early Intervention (EI) Department provides evaluations, assessments, ongoing services, family support and transition to preschool services for families and children birth to age 3 with developmental delays/disabilities.

Early Intervention services are subject to eligibility requirements that qualify a child for services consisting of a delay criteria, including NJEIS standard deviation, professional clinical opinion or diagnosed physical or mental conditions that can result in developmental delay.

Project First Step

Our agency has been the exclusive provider of EI services in Warren County since 1979. Our staff are qualified and caring staff provide Developmental Intervention, Family Training, Infant Massage, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy services. Additionally, we work with other community agencies and school districts to enhance EI services.
