John Whitehead

John Whitehead is the CEO of The Arc of Warren County, a non-profit agency that provides a wide array of services to over 1100 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has been employed with the Agency since 1986, originally working as a Direct Care Provider at the Asbury group home. He then served as a Residential Manager, Assistant Residential Director, Director of Community Living Arrangements and Chief Operating Officer.

John is also a parent who has utilized The Arc’s Early Intervention services for his daughter and son.

John is an active member of The Chapel at Warren Valley where he previously served as their Financial Secretary for many years. He is currently the secretary on the executive board of the Conference of Executives of The Arc and sits on the advisory board of Sussex County Community College’s Learning at College Experience, which integrates adults with disabilities into the college community. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The College of New Jersey.

 

Greg Beben

Greg Beben is the Chief Operating Officer at The Arc of Warren County. He has held various positions with the Agency since 1992, including Director of Case Management, IT Director and Chief Administrative Officer. Before coming to The Arc, Greg taught high school and junior high school math and science. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Dallas.

Charlotte Giantesano

Charlotte Giantesano joined The Arc of Warren County in 2015 as Director of Finance. In 2018, she was named Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she provides oversight of accounting and finance operations, and delivers to the Board of Directors timely and accurate financial statements and cash flow operations. In addition to the internal requirements, Charlotte is also accountable to several state agencies and external auditors for the budget and expenditures to ensure all activities are performed within compliance and control standards. Prior to joining The Arc of Warren County, Charlotte held previous Controller and Account Management positions at Belair Inc., Receivable Management Services and Dun & Bradstreet. Throughout her 20-year career in accounting, Charlotte has led numerous quality improvement initiatives which have resulted in cost and time savings. She has led several project management assignments and exceeded company goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cedar Crest College.

Phil Giordano

Phil Giordano is the Director of Compliance for the Arc of Warren County.  He has worked for several other Agencies in New Jersey and Massachusetts as a Group Home Manager, a Job Coach/Case Manager and a Coordinator of a Respite program for children with disabilities.  Phil joined the Arc of Warren County in 2005 as the Quality Assurance and UIR Coordinator, a position he held for over 12 years.  In 2018 Phil took on the role of Compliance Associate, in 2023 he became the Acting Director of Compliance and in 2024 was named Director of Compliance. Phil Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Syracuse University.  

 Annamaria Lalevee

Annamaria Lalevee is the Chief Development and Communications Officer at The Arc of Warren County and has been with The Agency since 2019. Previously, she held the title of Director of Public Relations & Fundraising. She has a wealth of advancement, communications, public relations and special events experience in the non-profit sector and on the public relations agency side. Most recently, she served in the capacity of a workforce development communicator as a Talent Network Co-Director for the construction and utilities industries at Raritan Valley Community College through a grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. She also served as the longtime Director of Public Relations and Development Communications at Centenary University. She is the Vice President of the Hackettstown Rotary Club and was awarded the coveted Paul Harris Fellowship. Annamaria also serves on the Board of the Phillipsburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

Annamaria holds a Master of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Corporate and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English: Communications and a Minor in Psychology from the same institution.

Robyn Gardella

Robyn Gardella is the Assistant Director of the Recreation Department at the Arc of Warren County. She has held various positions with the Agency, including Community Living Arrangements Direct Care Advisor, Manager and Program Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Management from Centenary University.

Marianne Gasper

Marianne Gasper is the Director of Human Resources at The Arc of Warren County. She has been with the Agency since 1995 as Assistant Director of Family Support Services and Director of Family Support Services. She also served as a Social Worker for Catholic Charities USA. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey.

Marci Gubich

Marci Gubich is the Director of Recreation Services for The Arc of Warren County. She has been employed with the Agency since 2004. Marci has held the following positions with The Arc of Warren County’s Community Living Arrangements Department: Direct Support Professional, Group Home Manager & Program Coordinator. Marci is a graduate of Alvernia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and a Minor in Geriatrics.

Dori Howell

Dori Howell is the Director of Community Living Arrangements at The Arc of Warren County, and has been with the Agency since 1987. She is responsible for the supervision of employees in the Community Living Arrangements Department’s 18 residential programs. In addition, she oversees nursing and behavioral services. She has held various positions at The Arc, such as Manager, Supportive Living Coordinator, IHP Coordinator/Quality Assurance Specialist and Assistant Director of Community Living Arrangements. Dori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.

Janine Pratt

Janine Pratt is the Project First Step Director at The Arc of Warren County. She has been with the Agency since 2008. Previously, she has served as Early Intervention Office Manager and Project First Step Director of Operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration: Accounting and Finance from Centenary University.

Jennifer Speth

Jennifer Speth is the Director of Day and Community Based Services at The Arc of Warren County, and has been with the Agency since 1995. Previous positions that she has held include Manager of School St. Group Home, Manager of Village Arms Supervised Apartments, IHP Coordinator and Coordinator of Day Services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from Rowan University.
